         The company Svetorezerv Ltd Co was founded in 2003 in Moscow. From 2003 to 2007, manufacturing facilities were located in the city of Ryazan (Ryazan region), in 2007 – 2009 were based on several enterprises in Zelenograd (Moscow), since 2010 some the manufacturing facilities were moved to the city of Shenzhen (China), while another part remained in Zelenograd. Since the establishment Svetorezerv Ltd Co is engaged in development, manufacture and application of efficient street lighting floodlights and other lighting engineering production based on LED technologies. 

          The goal of the Svetorezerv Ltd Co is the replacement of traditional lighting in the streets, doorways, houses, adjoining territories, yards, basements and parks based on LED technologies to 2012 – 2015 years. The company aims to play an  important role in development of the country and society, provide services and products of the highest quality, use a flexible price policy. It is the reliable partner for every client. Accumulated practice and experience of using and application of LED lightings helps the Svetorezerv Ltd Co to participate in modernization's process of HCS lighting in Russia and CIS countries. 

The company participated in various projects development in Russia, including these:

•   The municipal Energy Saving Program
•   Project solutions of using LEDs and solar batteries in the federal target program "Electronic Russia"  
•   The application program of autonomous energy supply systems of street lighting by using efficient LED fixtures and solar batteries for stimulating of the energy efficient methods in HCS and road sector at municipal, regional or federal levels.

 In addition, the company regularly participates in international exhibitions and projects at the international level.

Manufacture

Svetorezerv Ltd. was situated in Ryazan and Zelenograd. Manufacturing capacity is more than 50 000 units of production monthly. Svetorezerv company has already certification according to ISO 9001 standards. Effective system of technical control department allows to exclude production defects. 

R & D (Scientific research and experimental development)

Our manufacturing company has a team of engineers – developers. Partnerships established with a number of leading Russian and foreign research centers of development and enterprises producing LED and electronic components allow to develop new products for any clients and customer's requirements.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

Svetorezerv Ltd Co offers production output services by the OEM-agreements (under the customer's trademark) using company production facilities, including additional customer's requirements. Marking and certification of products, manufacturing of packaging, specifications, warranty card and instructions (user guides for transportation, storage, installation and operation of products) are available.
