LED explosion-proof fixture is intended for illuminating of mines, drilling rigs, dangerously explosive zones of all classes, according to marking on the blast shield. Application of semiconductor luminous sources (light-emitting diode) in the lamps lacks stroboscopic effect, luminous intensity is stable with the fluctuations voltages in the urban networks. The time of output to operating conditions is not more than 1 second. Park lamp consists of 120 light-emitting diodes of the Semileds company (Taiwan), with the built-in pulsed source of the nourishment

Device
The construction of the LED lamp corresponds to all necessary requirements. The shell of LED lamps is prepared from the incombustible material, the aluminum alloy. The air tightness of the connection of cap with the cartridge clip is ensured by sealing compound. LED fixtures preserve their parameters in the process of action of climatic factors from -60°C to +50°C and relative humidity of air 100% at a temperature of 25° C. The introductory boxes of the lamps have two inlets, in one of which is established explosion-proof introduction, in other the sealing silencer. LED lamps can be completed by two explosion-proof introductions for the transit connection.

Installation
Are provided two forms of fastening the led fixtures: to the gimbal and to the rotary clamp
